Bluebell Railway 2003 & 2004

The Bluebell Railway was the first standard gauge passenger line to be re-opened as a Heritage Railway. It runs through Sussex from Sheffield Park to Horsted Keynes and Kingscote. There are proposals to extend the line further, to East Grinstead. The Railway has an impressive collection of Southern Railway and Pre grouping Locomotives and Rolling Stock. It has frequently been used for filming.

My recent visits to the line have been early in the year, to the Branch Line Gala. The photographs below were taken on 22nd February 2003, when he sun shone, and on 28th February 2004, when it didn't.
