| The
first group of photos were taken at a variety of locations on the Settle
& Carlisle line, including Skipton, Settle station, Helwith Bridge,
Ribblehead, and Blea Moor. For the most part the weather was dull and/or
wet. The photo at Preston was taken in bright conditions, and those at
Shap were taken on a hot, sultry, and overcast dayl.
The lower group of photos were all taken in dull conditions. The final photo was taken at Wakefield, and the remainder in the late afternoon at Colton Junction, south of York. |
