Llangollen Railway 2004 |

| The Llangollen Railway runs runs from Llangollen up the Dee Valley for approximately 7 miles, to Carrog, with intermediate stations at Berwyn, Deeside, and Glyndyfrdwy. The line offers superb views of the river and the surrounding countryside |

28th March 2004: Spring Steam Gala |

The 2004 Spring Gala featured 2-6-2T no 5199, Ivatt 2-6-2T no 41241 (a visitor from the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway), 0-6-0 Pannier tank no 6430, complete with Auto Coach. On Freight train duty was 0-6-0ST Jessie. The weather started Sunny, but by late morning it was overcast. And so it remained. |
